( 24th August 2026 - 19th October 2026)

Luno Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Luno") has agreed to run a trading contest where Luno customers can win prizes based on their trading activity (the "Contest"). Without limiting the applicability of Luno's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and the General Rewards and Promotions Terms to participants who sign up to Luno, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when participating in the Contest (the "Rules"). You agree to accept any decision made by Luno in terms of these Rules as final and binding.

A. Contest structure

1. Contest structure: 

The Contest runs in two consecutive phases, each with its own leaderboard and prize pool:

2. Contest Period: The Contest commences on 24 August 2026 at 00:00 (GMT+8) and ends on 19 October 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+8) ("Contest Period"). Certain obligations extend beyond the Contest Period, including the staking holding requirement in clause E.2 and prize fulfilment under clauses F.7 and F.8.

3. Eligibility: Participation is limited to Luno customers resident in Malaysia. All customers must have verified their identity to at least level 3 and must otherwise be compliant with Luno's Terms of Use ("Participants"). You will be excluded from the Contest if (i) you participate using fake or fraudulent details; (ii) you have won a prize in any Luno giveaway, promotion, contest or referral competition that closed before 24 August 2026, within the 12 months preceding that date (excluding winners of the RM100 Jom Invest promotion, who remain eligible), (iii) you fail to maintain an account in Good Standing ("Good Standing" meaning, among other things, not flagged for AML or fraud) at the time of ranking or prize disbursement, (iv) you are an employee, officer, director or contractor of Luno, its parent company or any of its subsidiaries, (v) you are an appointed agency, media partner or contractor engaged in connection with the Contest, or an employee of any of them, (vi) your account is enrolled in Luno's Market Maker programme or uses API to execute trade in order-level. 

   
   

B. Participation and earning points

1. Promo code: To participate, Participants must open the Luno app, go to the "Rewards" tab and enter the promo code LNAPEX. Registration is required once only and remains valid for both phases of the Contest Period.

2. Qualifying Trade: A "Qualifying Trade" means a filled order of RM100 or more in value, in any supported cryptocurrency pair, executed during the relevant phase after the promo code has been entered, being either:

   1. a buy or sell order on Luno's Exchange (order book), or 

   2. a buy order via Instant Buy.

3. Non-qualifying actions: Orders below RM100 earn no Points. Instant Sell transactions earn no Points. Cancelled, unfilled, partially unfilled and reversed orders, and internal transfers, earn no Points.

4. Points: Participants earn points (“Points”) during each phase as follows:

“Credited Notional” means the cumulative RM value of Qualifying Trades counted under the first and second rows of the table in clause B.4. Points under the third row of clause B.4 stop accruing once a Participant's cumulative Credited Notional reaches RM500,000 in a phase. Credited Notional above RM500,000 earns no further Points under that row.

5. Exchange milestone ladder: In addition, Participants earn one-off Points on first reaching each of the following levels of cumulative Exchange Notional (“Exchange Notional”, meaning the cumulative RM value of Qualifying Trades under clause B.2(a) only) within a phase. Each level is awarded once per phase, to a maximum of 850 Points: 

The milestone ladder applies to Exchange Notional only, and not to Instant Buy.

6. Sequence: Only Qualifying Trades made after entering the promo code will count toward Points. 

7. Anti-gaming: Participants suspected of wash trading (including buying and subsequently selling, or selling and subsequently buying the same cryptocurrency within a short span of time for the primary purpose of generating Points, rather than trading API manipulation, or the use of automated scripts, will have the relevant Qualifying Trades excluded from their Points total and/or be disqualified from the Contest, at Luno's sole discretion.)

8. Integrity review and discretionary exclusion: In addition to clause B.6 and B.7 above, Luno may at its sole and absolute discretion exclude any Participant, disregard any Qualifying Trade, or withhold or revoke any prize where it reasonably believes that a Participant has manipulated or attempted to manipulate the Contest, or has engaged in activity that does not reflect genuine trading. This includes, without limitation, the recycling of funds, coordinated activity across accounts, the use of multiple accounts, and any activity where a Participant's trading volume is not commensurate with the net funds they have deposited during the Contest Period. Luno may apply screening measures and manual review to leaderboard positions before any prize is confirmed. Luno's determination is final and binding.

   
   

C. Leaderboard

1. Publication: Luno will publish a leaderboard showing Participants' ranking and cumulative Points, and a masked version of the Participant's registered email address (for example, "as***[email protected]") during each phase (the "Leaderboard"). No Leaderboard will be published during the first week of Phase 1 (24–30 August 2026). Publication begins in the second week.

2. Cadence and identifiers: From the second week of Phase 1 onwards, the Leaderboard will be updated and published twice weekly, every Tuesday and Friday across the following channels: (a) the Apex League campaign webpage hosted on Luno.com; (b) Luno's official Instagram account (@luno_my); and (c) email to Participants. On each of these channels, Participants will be identified only by a masked version of their registered email address (for example, "as***[email protected]"); no other personal information will be displayed on the Leaderboard. There may be a delay between a Qualifying Trade being made and its reflection on the Leaderboard. Luno is not liable for any such delay, or for any decision made by a Participant in reliance on Leaderboard standings at any point in time. Leaderboards published during a phase are indicative only; final rankings are those determined by Luno after the close of the phase, following the review in clause B.8. 

   
   

D. Phase transition

1. Carry-forward: 50% of a Participant's total Phase 1 Points carries forward into Phase 2, capped at 250 Points. A Phase 1 total above 500 Points therefore carries forward as 250 Points. Points do not otherwise carry forward. Phase 1 Points and Phase 1 ranking confer no entitlement to any Phase 2 prize.

2. Phase 1 podium exclusion: Participants who finish in ranks 1, 2 or 3 of the Phase 1 Leaderboard, and Participants who receive a Phase 1 ticket prize, are not eligible to win any Phase 2 prize. Such Participants may continue to earn Points and appear on the Phase 2 Leaderboard but will be excluded from Phase 2 prize determination and from the Phase 2 random draw.

   
   

E. Phase 2 staking bonus

1. Staking bonus:  A Participant who initiates a qualifying stake during Phase 2 earns a bonus applied to their Phase 2 Trading Points (being Points earned during Phase 2 from Exchange orders, Instant Buy orders, and cumulative notional. Excluding any Points carry forward from Phase 1). The bonus is calculated as the higher of (a) the Participant’s Phase 2 Trading Points multiplied by the applicable multiplier, plus (b) the applicable Points floor:

For example: a Participant with 254 Phase 2 trading points who stakes RM2,000 (Tier 1: 1.15x multiplier, 120 Points floor) receives (254 × 1.15) + 120 = 412 Points. A Participant with 2,350 Phase 2 trading points who stakes RM50,000 (Tier 3: 1.35x multiplier, 450 Points floor) receives (2,350 × 1.35) + 450 = 3,623 Points.

3. Qualifying assets: ETH, SOL, ADA, AVAX, ATOM, DOT and NEAR with the minimum of RM2,000 in aggregate staked value, measured in MYR at the time of initiation. The stake must be initiated on or before 8 October 2026, 23:59 MYT. Any pre-existing staked balances do not qualify as the customer must initiate the staking during Phase 2. The qualifying staked amount must be held until 22 October 2026. A Participant who unstakes or reduces the qualifying amount before that date will forfeit the bonus. The multiplier applies to Phase 2 Points only, and not to Points carried forward from Phase 1. 

4. Points awarded on initiation, not activation: Points and the staking bonus are awarded on initiation of a qualifying stake, not on on-chain activation. Activation timing varies materially between assets and is determined by the relevant network, not by Luno. Some assets, including Ethereum, may take longer to activate than the remainder of the Contest Period.

5. Separate from staking rewards: Points and the staking bonus are separate from, and unrelated to, any staking reward or yield. A Participant may earn Points and the staking bonus without receiving any staking reward within the Contest Period. Luno makes no representation as to whether, when, or in what amount any staking reward will be received.

   
   

F. Prizes

1. Determination of Winners: At the close of each phase, and following the review, Luno will determine the final Leaderboard and award prizes as set out in clauses F.2 and F.3. Where two or more Participants hold equal Points, the Participant who reached that Points total earliest by timestamp ranks higher.

Random draw: Random draw winners will be selected via RANDOM.ORG from Participants ranked between 4th and 200th on the final Phase 1 Leaderboard, and between 4th and 200th on the final Phase 2 Leaderboard, excluding those already awarded a ranked prize for that phase. Each eligible Participant receives one entry and all entries carry an equal chance.

5. A Participant will receive only one prize per prize category and per phase. If a Participant qualifies for a ranked prize and is separately drawn in the random draw for the same phase, they will receive the higher-value prize only and a redraw will occur. BTC prizes are stated as fixed MYR amounts. The quantity of BTC credited will be calculated using Luno's BTC/MYR exchange rate at the time of disbursement into the winner's Luno wallet, at Luno's sole discretion.

6. Contacting and announcing winners: Winners will be contacted directly by email within 3 days of the announcement of winners. Luno is not liable for any winner's failure to receive notices due to spam or junk filtering or for any other reason. Winners may be required to complete a competition release form and provide valid identification before receiving a prize. If a winner's identity cannot properly be verified, or a winner cannot be contacted within 3 calendar days, the prize will be forfeited and the next eligible Participant selected. Winners may be announced on any of Luno's official channels, including Instagram (@luno_my), Facebook and X, but Luno is not obliged to do so. Winners may choose, at the time of prize confirmation, to be identified either by their full name or by a less identifying format (for example, first name and last initial only). Luno will use the winner's selected format consistently across all publication channels. 

7. Third-party event tickets: Ticket prizes are subject to the ticket issuer's and event organiser's own terms and conditions, including entry requirements, seating allocation and event date changes, and are fulfilled strictly in accordance with the ticketing processes, rules and regulations of the relevant third-party event organiser. Each winner is solely responsible for ensuring that the winner and any accompanying guest comply with all admission requirements set by that organiser, including any age or identification requirements. Luno is not liable for any ticket cancellation, revocation, voidance or refused entry imposed by any third party, nor for event cancellation, postponement or rescheduling by the organiser, and is not obliged to provide any replacement, cash equivalent or alternative compensation.

8. Ticket prizes exclude transport, accommodation, meals, visa, insurance and any other incidental costs, which are the sole responsibility of the winner. Tickets are subject to seat category availability at the time of allocation; Luno is not responsible for any changes to seating arrangements or circuit policies.

   
   

G. General

1. Subject to change: Luno reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, adjust or amend the Contest at any time, and to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice. All decisions made by Luno in relation to any aspect of the Contest are final, binding and conclusive, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

2. The Contest is organised solely by Luno. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any motorsport series, championship, sanctioning body, promoter, team or event organiser. Any reference in these Rules or in Contest materials to a motorsport or motorcycle racing event is for the sole purpose of identifying the event to which prize tickets grant admission, and does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, licence or endorsement. All third-party names, marks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

3. By participating, each Participant irrevocably consents to Luno and its authorised representatives capturing photographs, video recordings and other audiovisual material of the Participant in connection with the Contest, including at prize presentation and delivery events, winner announcement events, and any marketing, promotional or audit activities connected to the Contest. 

   1. This consent may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010; withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of any use of such material prior to the date of withdrawal.

   2. Where any Contest-related content, including Leaderboard entries, winner announcements or captured material under this clause, is published on Instagram or any other social media platform, Luno may remove such content from its own official channels upon request, but cannot guarantee the removal of any copies already shared, reposted, or captured (for example, by screenshot) by third parties prior to removal.

4. Each Participant consents to Luno using the name format selected by the winner under clause F.6, , photograph, video, likeness and Contest-related statements, without compensation, for publication on Luno's official social media platforms, on Luno's website and the campaign page, and in internal and external marketing and promotional materials by completing Luno's declaration form, indicating their consent to such use for a period of 12 months from the end of the Contest Period. This consent is not a condition of participating in the Contest or of receiving a prize, and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Luno, without affecting the lawfulness of use prior to withdrawal.

5. Any personal information provided to Luno for the purposes of the Contest will be treated in accordance with Luno's Privacy Policy and clauses F.6, G.3 and G.4. Contest entrants who sign up to Luno and expressly agree to receive marketing will be entered into Luno's marketing email database.

6. The Contest is a promotional trading contest. Nothing in the Contest or in these Rules constitutes financial, investment or tax advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or stake any crypto asset, or any representation as to future returns. The value of crypto assets can fall as well as rise. Dealing in digital assets involves significant risks. The value of digital assets is highly volatile, and you could lose money. 7. Trading fees: Standard Luno fees apply to all trades made during the Contest Period, including Qualifying Trades. Participation in the Contest does not reduce, waive or otherwise affect any applicable fee, and fees apply regardless of whether a trade earns Points. As at the date of these Rules:

   1. Instant Buy and Instant Sell transactions are charged a flat fee of 2% of the transaction value, for both buying and selling crypto; and
